Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment so that we may start your service on time or even early. A late arrival may require a reduced appointment time, at scheduled price, or rescheduled to another day with respect to the clients that are scheduled after you. Any arrivals after 10 minutes, iBeauty & Tan Salon have the right to cancel your appointment. Confirmation of Appointment(s): It is the client's responsibility to click on the link, and confirm their appointment(s) via text, that is generated by our automated booking software, our staff will also try and get a hold of you via phone call prior to the appointment day, if any appointment(s) scheduled, if remain unconfirmed by the service date, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy:All will agree, time is our most valuable asset. We ask that appointments be guaranteed against late cancellation or rescheduling with a credit card. Your card is not billed unless your appointment goes unfilled. We do our best to fill these openings, and just like you, we'd much prefer to have another guest take your place than to charge for a cancellation. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a service. and 48 hours prior to reschedule groups of three or more or three or more services. This allows the salon enough time to fill appointments. Three or more "No-shows" history will require a 50% deposit fee of the service scheduled. The salon needs to pay it's Technician even if a client is a "no-show". This policy allows us to retain great employees. Forms of Payment:Cash & All Major Credit/Debit Cards. Gratuities:Your service fees do not include gratuities. However, they are very much welcomed and appreciated. Services:(Courtesy Repair Policy is as follow, valid from date of completed service) Nails- At Manicurist discretion, for Regular Nail Polish- SAME DAY. Gel/Shellac Nail Polish- Up to 5 calendar days. Airbrush/ Spray Tanning- 24 hours Fix. Eyelash Extensions- 24 hours Fix. It is solely the clients responsibility to notify iBeauty & Tan Salon within the FIRST 24 hours of services or use of completed, if one shall experience an adverse visible reaction. Fail to notify iBeauty & Tan Salon, or seek other services to repair, replace or resolve, they shall waive the right to hold iBeauty & Tan Salon liable of any and all recourse. REFUNDS shall be for MEDICAL reasons only, no exceptions. Product Returns or Exchanges:Our salon does not offer cash value refunds, salon credit only! You may return unopened products in original packaging within 7 days of purchase accompanied by a sales receipt for full credit. Any opened purchases may possibly be returned as long as it is within the same day of purchase. If an allergic reaction to a product occurs, product must be returned immediately to receive full credit, as most reactions occur within 24-48 hours. Pregnancy or Medical Condition:Be sure to mention any medical information when you book an appointment. Certain treatments or services may not be advisable for you. Before your service begins, let your technician know of any medical concerns or if you're wearing contact lenses before you have a facial or eyelash extensions. If you are pregnant, certain services might be restricted. Please ask your technician before starting services.
